In First Degree Reiki you will learn: The Histories of Reiki, Reiki Hand Positions, How to give Reiki to your Self, How to give Reiki to animals, plants and food, How to give a complete Reiki Treatment to others and The Five Principles of Reiki

You will receive: a Reiki First Degree Manual, Reiki Treatments through practice with fellow students, Four Reiki First Degree Attunements, Knowledge & understanding of a healing modality available to all and a nutritious lunch provided by Sugar Magnolia Café.
